About me

My career began in the apparel and fashion industry. With a passion for product education and sales training, I progressed into senior-level roles in training, account management, leadership, and sales.

I developed and delivered Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, and eLearning in areas that include sales training, product and brand education, event execution, sales enablement, and operational how-tos. I helped my team transition from face-to-face instructor-led client training to live virtual learning experiences, and I championed the development and roll-out of self-paced eLearning for my team's external partners.

I completed a Graduate Certificate in eLearning Instructional design from The University of California, Irvine in 2020.

My freelance Instructional Design and eLearning clients range from corporate, educational, and intergovernmental organizations.
